How to Join a Google Meet Meeting
Google Meet allows you to join meetings easily from your computer or mobile device. Follow the steps below depending on the device you are using:
Option 1: Joining from a Computer (PC or Mac)

Open the Meeting Link: Click directly on the Google Meet link provided in the invitation or paste it into your web browser’s address bar (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox). https://meet.google.com/asx-gpcq-jkk

Allow Permissions: If prompted by your browser, click “Allow” to give Google Meet access to your computer’s microphone and camera.

Enter Your Name: Type your full name so other members know who you are.

Join the Meeting: Click the “Ask to join” or “Join now” button. Once the host lets you in, you will be connected to the meeting.
Option 2: Joining from a Mobile Device (Smartphone or Tablet)

Download the App (if required):

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, download the Google Meet app from the Apple App Store.

If you are using an Android phone, download the Google Meet app from the Google Play Store (on many newer phones, it is already installed).

Sign In (if prompted): Log in with your Google account if asked.

Check Your Audio/Video: Before joining, you can tap the microphone or camera icons to turn them on or off.

Join the Meeting: Tap “Join” or “Ask to join”.
Tip: Try to join 5 minutes before the meeting starts to make sure your audio and internet connection are working properly.
