9:00 AM: Meeting called to order

Morning Snack and Lunch will be provided

If anyone has any dietary needs or restrictions, please let Cathy know via email (rec.secretarycupe1145@gmail.com) before October 17th so that they can be met.  After this date, we cannot confirm that they can be met.

Our AGM is a paid day, and all full-time and relief position drivers are required to attend.  Spare drivers’ attendance is not mandatory, but it is a great opportunity to see how your union works.

If you are aware of any past drivers who have passed away in the last year, please let us know via email (rec.secretarycupe1145@gmail.com) so we can be sure to include them in our Minute of Silence for deceased members.
